On December 19th in Oakland, EFF will argue on behalf of AT&T customers in order to stop the NSA's illegal, unconstitutional, and continuing dragnet surveillance of their communications and communications records. EFF has cleared numerous hurdles set by the government since filing Jewel v. NSA in 2008. The case includes declarations from three NSA whistleblowers and a wealth of additional evidence, including secret documents published in the Guardian and Washington Post that confirm our allegations.
