EFF's 8th Annual Tech Trivia Night

Join us in San Francisco on May 9th for our 8th annual exploration of the fascinating, obscure, and trivial minutiae of digital security, online rights, and internet culture. It’s the ultimate technology quiz crafted by EFF experts and hosted by our very own Cybertiger Cooper Quintin.

Enjoy delicious tacos, churros, and complimentary adult beverages and soft drinks as you and your team battle through rounds of questions—and cutthroat live judging!—to see who will take home the coveted 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies and EFF swag!

EFF’s Tech Trivia Night is a great opportunity to connect with peers in the tech community, and to celebrate the movement for civil liberties and human rights online. Teams may have 3 to 8 people, so bring your friends (or make a few new ones)! Don't have a team? No problem, we'll help form cool and competitive teams!

$55 per person, or $45 for EFF members. Registration includes one seat at a table, an answer form with a writing implement, tacos & churros, and complimentary adult beverages and soft drinks.

TRAVEL:
Public Works is a 6 minute walk from 16^th Street BART station, two blocks north on Mission Street to Erie. Parking in front of the venue is extremely limited and will be reserved for handicap use and drop-off accessibility. For additional parking, Mission and the surrounding streets have meters that don't run after 6pm.

ACCESSIBILITY:
All areas of this space are wheelchair accessible, and the event will take place entirely on the 1st floor. There will be 30" high round tables, with 8 people to a table. Lively music will be playing, and the host and judges will be using a microphone, so louder volumes are expected. All trivia questions will be read aloud and projected on to screens.
