Town Hall: Copyright for Internet Creators

Registration is closed for this event
Join us for a town hall to discuss how copyright rules affect Internet creators, and what they can do about it.

Join EFF's Katharine Trendacosta and Cara Gagliano, as well as Professor Casey Fiesler, a Member of the Legal Committee for Archive of Our Own, to discuss the recent flurry of changes to copyright law, how copyright filters work (or don't), and to ask any questions you might have about copyright! We'll also include important information from our recent whitepaper on how Content ID works and what to do with it, as well as steps you can take to protect yourself from being singled out unfairly by it.

This event will be live streamed via Twitch, where you can chat and ask questions. It will also be streaming on Facebook Live and YouTube Live. (For Twitch's Privacy Policy, see here.)
